Rob has over 20 years of investment banking and direct investment experience, completing approximately 100 domestic and cross-border transactions. During his tenures with Merrill Lynch & Co. and DLJ, Rob’s representative M&A and corporate finance clients included AGCO, ADT, Armstrong World Industries, AT&T, Avaya, Cabletron, Chase Industries, Chesapeake Corp., Comalco, Denny’s, Dow, du Pont, Eastman Chemical, Florida East Coast Industries, General Motors, General Electric, GTECH, Hillhaven, ILFC, International Paper, Loews Corp., Masco, MindSpring, Olin, Rogers Communications, Southwest Airlines, Sunbeam-Oster, Time Warner, United Rentals, Walter Industries, Westpoint Stevens, Westwood One, Wolters-Kluwer, and Xerox.
Eswar has been a leading entrepreneur in the TMT space for nearly 20 years. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Almond Systems, Inc. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of Quattro Wireless, Inc. Prior to co-founding Quattro, Mr. Priyadarshan co-founded m-Qube, Inc. and served as its Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President. While at m-Qube, Eswar led technology research and development. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Open Market, Technical Lead at Adobe Systems, and various engineering positions with Sun Microsystems. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the m-Commerce Committee for the Mobile Marketing Association. Mr. Priyadarshan holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Boston University.
Tony joined Plymouth in 2015 bringing with him a wealth of intellectual property and due diligence experience. As a founding member of Stryker Joint Preservation, he lead intellectual property initiatives by performing due diligence on investment targets and supporting product launches, business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, and patent licenses. Tony also helped establish Stryker’s Orthobiologics business unit by leading the IP due diligence and integration of Orthovita, Inc. While pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Brown University, he won a business plan award for his patented 3-D cell culture platform which became the foundation for Microtissues, Inc. Tony also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University.
